The purpose of this Health and Safety plan is to allocate accountabilities and determine the safety procedures to be followed for the operation of plant and staff to ensure that a safe working environment is achieved. Where aberrations are found seeking staff feedback, implementing corrective actions and monitoring of the results to ensure that they are achieving the desired outcomes of a safe working environment will remedy these. This plan will be reviewed on a regular basis (at least three monthly), by all staff employed by the company to ensure full compliance is being achieved and also to ensure that the plan has all the relevant information required in it for a contract of this type. Trained and competent personnel; in accordance with Statutory Requirements, good work practices and the applicable Codes of Practice e.g. Auckland Regional Code of Practice for Working on the Road, will undertake all work on this contract. This safety plan will be adhered to so as to ensure that all New Zealand Height Services employees and subcontractors work in a safe environment. All staff employed by the company will be given a copy of this Health and Safety plan to be used by them as a reference document as required. A copy of this plan will be kept in all company vehicles.
