Accounts Administrator Full Time position – 8.30am – 5pm Key Responsibilities - All aspects of Accounts: Payable & Receivable
- Meet & Greet/Telephones – (a new telephone system to be installed with automation)
- Payrole Administration
- Employment Contract Packs
- Ordering of Office Stationary & Staff Amenities
- Filing
- Manage on-going vehicle requirements eg. Registrations,warrants & RUC’s
- Keeping record of Staff Personal Lists eg. Safety equipment, protective clothing
- Offering clerical & administrative support to other staff
