Accounts Administrator
Full Time position – 8.30am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities
  • All aspects of Accounts: Payable & Receivable
  • Meet & Greet/Telephones – (a new telephone system to be installed with automation)
  • Payrole Administration
  • Employment Contract Packs
  • Ordering of Office Stationary & Staff Amenities
  • Filing
  • Manage on-going vehicle requirements eg. Registrations,warrants & RUC’s
  • Keeping record of Staff Personal Lists eg. Safety equipment, protective clothing
  • Offering clerical & administrative support to other staff

A full time new position has opened up in a small dynamic
business in an East Tamaki office requiring a person with
experience in all aspects of Accounting. Familiar with ACE,
MYOB, Excel & Word an advantage.
